TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All reservations made directly with The Oriana Orange, or via our website, are subject to these Terms & Conditions. The person making the reservation is deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all guests included in the booking.
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in reservation cancellation, refusal of service, or eviction from the property.
If booking via an online travel agent or third-party website, the terms and conditions provided by that provider will apply to your booking.
General
Reservations are subject to availability and rates at the time of booking.
In accordance with fire safety regulations, management must be aware of the number of guests staying in each room.
We appreciate reconfirmation of your reservation and advice regarding your estimated arrival time.
Conditions of Stay
Your stay at The Oriana Orange is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms & Conditions and the applicable provisions of the Innkeepers Act 1968.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight in guest rooms unless otherwise approved by management.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is available from 2:00pm.
Check-out is prior to 10:00am.
Earlier check-in or later check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Cancellations
Flexible Rate
Cancellations or amendments made up to 2:00pm (hotel local time), 48 hours prior to arrival, are free of charge.
If the rate applicable to an amended booking is greater than the original booked rate, the difference must be paid.
Bookings cancelled or amended within 48 hours of arrival, “No Shows”, and early departures will incur a charge equivalent to the first two nights’ accommodation.

We recommend guests consider travel insurance, as refunds are not provided for inability to travel due to personal circumstances, illness, transport disruptions, government restrictions, or adverse weather conditions.
Advance Purchase / Non-Refundable Rates
Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations, amendments, no-shows, or early departures.
Payment
Flexible Rate
Bookings made on a Flexible Rate must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.
Payment in full is required 48 hours prior to arrival.
Advance Purchase / Non-Refundable Rates
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Credit card surcharges apply to all card payments:
Visa & Mastercard: 1.5%
American Express: 3.2%
Guests paying by cash or EFTPOS may be required to provide a valid credit card or a $200 security deposit upon check-in to cover any incidental charges during their stay.
Photo Identification
Valid photo identification matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation must be presented at check-in.

Australian Driver Licence
Australian Proof of Age Card
International Passport
Identification may be copied and securely stored to assist in preventing credit card fraud and to verify the authority of the cardholder.
In accordance with our Privacy Policy, personal information collected will not be disclosed to third parties and will be securely stored and disposed of appropriately.
Lost or Unreturned Room Keys
A replacement fee of $260 applies to lost, damaged or unreturned room keys.
Smoking Policy
All rooms are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping.
Failure to comply will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
When smoking outside, cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtrays provided. Cigarette butts discarded in planter boxes or garden areas may incur an additional $20 cleaning fee.
Fire Safety
Guests responsible for triggering emergency service attendance due to smoking, vaping, cooking, tampering with smoke detectors, or misuse of hotel equipment may be liable for associated call-out costs and damages.
Party Policy
The Oriana Orange maintains a strict no party policy.
Excessive noise will not be tolerated after 9:00pm.
Failure to comply may result in penalty charges and/or eviction at the discretion of management.
Behaviour
Management reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or evict guests for anti-social behaviour, excessive intoxication, abuse of staff or guests, illegal activity, or breaches of these Terms & Conditions, without refund.
Damages
Guests are personally liable for any damage, loss, breakage, additional cleaning, or discrepancies caused by themselves or their visitors during their stay.
The Oriana Orange reserves the right to charge the registered guest’s credit card for any costs incurred, including but not limited to:
replacement or repair of furniture, fixtures or fittings
additional cleaning
loss of revenue resulting from damage or disruption
Personal Property
The Oriana Orange accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, valuables or vehicles, whether parked on-site or elsewhere on the property.
Group Bookings
Bookings of five (5) rooms or more, bookings accompanied by a tour leader, or bookings where guest names cannot be provided at the time of booking, are considered group bookings.
All group booking requests must be arranged directly through hotel management.
Swimming Pool & Sauna
The swimming pool operates between sunrise and sunset during the warmer months and may occasionally be closed for maintenance, cleaning, or chemical treatment.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times (maximum two children per supervising adult).
The Pool Club is adults only after 3:00pm.
Glass is not permitted in the pool area.
Children who are not fully toilet trained must wear approved swimming nappies in accordance with NSW Health regulations.
Guests use the swimming pool and sauna facilities at their own risk.
Cooking
Cooking in guest rooms is not permitted.
Failure to comply will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
Open flames, BBQs, portable cookers, gas appliances, or charcoal grills are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available for one vehicle per room.
Parking for additional vehicles, trailers, or trucks may be arranged prior to arrival, subject to availability.
Special Requests
Whilst every effort is made to accommodate special requests, these cannot be guaranteed.
Children & Extra Beds
Children may stay free of charge when using existing bedding, within the maximum occupancy limits of the room.
Rollaway beds are available upon request and subject to availability. A fee of $60 per night applies.
Infant cots are not available.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
“Child” refers to a guest aged between 2 and 17 years
“Infant” refers to a guest under 2 years of age
Children and infants may not stay in any room without an accompanying adult.
