Confit Duck Leg
Honey, orange and warm spices

Crispy Pork Belly
Fennel, garlic, rosemary and crispy crackling

48-Hour Lamb Shoulder
Dates and lamb jus reduction

Served with spiced red cabbage, cranberry jelly, Brussels sprouts and potato mille-feuille.

All three meats are served for main.
