Set in the retro-luxe surrounds of The Peacock Room, this one-day-only event features a four-course winter-inspired menu paired with five premium Ross Hill Wines. Dishes include Nordic cured venison, seafood vol-au-vent, lamb roulade, and lemon curd meringue roulade.

This seasonal collaboration captures the spirit of the festival with rich flavours, local wine, and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
