Dinner is served Monday to Friday evenings in the restaurant, from 6:00 until 10:00 pm (last orders at 9:00 pm). In addition to our everyday menu, there is a different three course set menu (one, two or three courses at your option) every night, in which we offer our favourite dishes, all prepared with carefully sourced local fresh ingredients. Room Service Dinner: All the items on our dinner menu, including the daily set menu items, can be served in your room. A $5 tray charge will be added to your bill.
Wines: we are proud to showcase each month, at our restaurant & bar, a different winery from the Orange region and other Central West wine producing areas. For information on this month’s wines, click here.
Bar: the bar in the restaurant is open from 5:00 pm for as long as the restaurant is open, subject to the usual licence limitations and variations at Christmas, Easter, New Year and on Sundays. Click here to see our bar list.
Breakfast: a cold buffet breakfast table ($14) as well as a hot breakfast ($20) is served every day in our restaurant, Monday to Friday from 7:00 until 9:00 am, Saturday from 7:00 until 10:00 am and Sunday from 8:00 until 10:00 am. Click here to see the menu. Note, please, that we do not offer room service tray breakfast. Instead, you can purchase the makings of an in-room breakfast any time that reception is open. Takeaways & Packed Lunch are available Monday-Friday from 7:00 until 9:00 am, Saturday from 7:00 until 10:00 am and Sunday from 8:00 until 10:00 am from reception only.
